  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
