A deliciously creamy banana cream cheesecake that is easy to make at home.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mashed bananas, mixing until well incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into the banana mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes, then cool in the oven with the door ajar.
  9. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use ripe bananas.
  • Top with additional whipped cream and banana slices if desired.
