- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

- Gently fold whipped cream into the banana mixture until fully combined.
