  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour and salt, then mix until a rough dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, dimple the surface, and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt on top. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the focaccia cool slightly before slicing and serving.
