A delicious and hearty Amish Breakfast Casserole made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chicken ham until heated through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Combine the crumbled bacon, chicken ham, shredded cheese, and diced bread in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top and stir gently to combine.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
