These amazing crispy parmesan crusted potatoes are the perfect side dish, ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
