- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and crushed tomatoes; stir in oregano, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a boil, then add broken lasagna noodles and reduce heat to a simmer.
- After noodles are tender, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Fold in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
