  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into rectangles.
  3. Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a bowl.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture onto half of the rectangles.
  5. Cover with another rectangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the pop tarts before serving.
