  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini Easter candies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Grease the air fryer basket and scoop the cookie dough into the basket, forming cups.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool and then fill with mini Easter candies.
