- 6 large eggs
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for 10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and chives.
- Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with paprika for color.
