  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 ounces melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and melted chocolate.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan.
  8. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
