Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Pour batter into pancake molds or directly on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
