These 7 Up Biscuits are incredibly easy to make and come out flaky and delicious every time!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup 7 Up soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the 7 Up until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
