  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 12 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground chicken and taco seasoning and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Fill each mini taco shell with the chicken mixture, cheese, crumbled bacon, and top with tomatoes and green onions.
  5. Place the filled taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately with sour cream on the side.
