  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 20 mini taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the mini taco shells on a baking sheet.
